With the addition of Level 4, the course meets the needs of beginning through advanced students. The large number of interactive exercises make the course an excellent test preparation tool for college entrance examinations and standard tests such as TOEFL and TOEIC.

Level 1 is suitable for both beginners and false beginners needing remedial work. Level 2 is aimed at the beginning / lower intermediate levels, and Level 3 is for intermediate students. Level 4 is for upper-intermediate and advanced students. This new level focuses on the language of critical thinking and prepares students for general academic studies. It is also suitable for use in a business English course.

New Dynamic English presents language and themes directly related to the needs and interests of today's students of English. Units include Names and Places, Jobs and Family, Numbers and Time, Seasons, Weather, Likes and Dislikes, Planning Ahead, Our World, Locations, Directions, Energy Sources, and much more. Altogether the course provides approximately 200 hours of study and practice. Through a listening approach, vocabulary and basic grammatical structures are presented in a carefully sequenced syllabus that balances both communicative and linguistic needs. Students progress from a basic ability to talk about themselves to talking about the world around them. Speaking and reading tasks provide secondary support for listening and serve to engage the learner in a wide variety of activities.
