Blake: You'll also be pleased to hear that we are planning to provide storage facilities in California.
Graham: When will those          be ready?
Blake: Uh... they'll be ready by mid-November.
Graham: I'm sorry, but that's not soon enough.
Blake: I see. I'm sorry you feel that way.
Graham: Look, Charles, I appreciate your efforts in putting together this         .
But, frankly, I just don't feel that your company can provide the support that we need in order to meet our         .
You have no          in the United States, and to me that represents too great a risk.
I'm sorry, but I'm not going to be able to accept your proposal.
Epstein: Shouldn't we          this a little more?
Perhaps we can work out something.
Graham: No, Mike.
We don't have much time, so we have to make a          now.
I'm sorry, Charles.

Conversation 2: Coming to Agreement

Mr. Blake is near the end of his meeting with Mr. Stewart Chapman of Federal Motors.

Listen to the conversation. Fill in the missing phrases.

Chapman: So... the one remaining question is that of spare parts.
And that may not be as difficult as we think.
Blake: What do you mean?
Chapman: Well, according to your technical reports, your robots are very         .
They rarely break down in their first five years.
Am I right?
Blake: Yes, that's right.
But it's important to follow the          schedule.
In most cases,          sensors indicate problems before they become serious.
Chapman: So in that case, extra parts can be flown in rather than         .
Blake: Absolutely.
We can guarantee          by air within thirty-six hours.
And our          support will be available twenty-four hours a day!
Chapman: Excellent!
